As long as you are alive, you are living and not only are you living, you have the power to change and grow.
What does that really mean to you?
It means in every task or relationship we need to put in the required amount of energy otherwise we remain stuck where we are: without changing we become dead. As long as you’re alive, you DO change, whether you like it or not. And in order to remain alive, we have to put in the effort to change.
Because what we think today, will determine who you are going to be tomorrow. So what you thought yesterday, that’s who you are today.
How many times per day do you listen to your thoughts?
Were you excited and happy for the whole day? Do positive thoughts come to your mind on their own, or only when you read an affirmation in the morning? Between reading the affirmation in the morning and the evening how many times have you had positive thoughts that you were aware of?
Let’s imagine Buddha or Christ, when they were here on Earth. If the energy in the environment was positive, what type of energy do you think Buddha or Christ would succumb to?
But if Christ or Buddha came to Earth in an environment where the energy was negative, would Christ or Buddha become negative in that environment?
That means there is no negativity- it is our reaction to our environment that causes negativity. An environment has no emotion. That means, an environment is not positive or negative: it’s the way you look at your environment- your situation.
So if you are positive or negative it is a part of your growth. If an environment has no emotion, that means, you have a choice, whether you react to it- positively or negatively.
Your attitude about tomorrow, or even this evening, when you get home, will make a difference to tomorrow.
When you are positive, you are not aware of it. But the negativity, are you aware of the negative thoughts? When you become AWARE of your positive thoughts, that means the negative thinking, the negative behaviour starts to decline.
The question is, do we want to think positively: it’s a choice.
