A Mystic takes responsibility for anything that happens in their life (even if they have not initiated the action knowingly). A Mystic faces the reality of their situation by relying on themselves and accepting whatever occurs in their life. They know the universe works through the transmission of energy, therefore they look at a problem as themselves being central to the problem. Being a Mystic means accepting and trusting yourself fully. A Mystic knows events happen to allow them to find their inner strength, will, courage, determination, life path and in the face of obstacles they will continue to lead others by example.
Therefore the first step to being a Mystic is to love the good and bad within yourself equally. There is no need to dwell on your insignificance, your need to prove yourself, your fears. To be a Mystic means to accept reality by letting go of what is weighing you down: your misery, pain, guilt, ego (illusion about others and your world created inside your head- a perception of what you think you see and understand in yourself and in others and their actions or thoughts, ie preconceived ideas).
The second step to being a Mystic is being in love with the world: showing the warmth of love, gentleness and kindness in a genuine way: by having complete integrity in all that you do.
The third step– train your unseeing eye (third eye), which is connected to the forehead and therefore to your will and intuition. Mystics train the muscle in their third eye to focus and visualise- to see beyond the physical and to understand the reality of the world is not limited to their five senses.
The final step in achieving mysticism is genuine and focused meditation. Meditation is the peace within: it will lead to a state of calmness and an understanding of yourself on a deeper level: an ability to let go and acceptance of what is.
Understand your pain cannot come from outside of you. Your emotional, mental and physical pain comes from something inside of you. Go against feeling inadequate: the outside world is simply the manifestation of what is within.
