Your soul is an entity that animates your physical body with its memories and past lives. The soul gives electricity to the chakras; to the physical body. The soul is therefore within you: when you are without a soul you will no longer be breathing because the soul vacates the physical body. The physical body works like a vehicle to house or serve your soul because the soul needs to experience being alive in the material world/the earth plane.
Your soul is 100% your true identity, it is timeless; your body is not your true identity, it is limited in time and space. The mind only wants to protect itself and will focus on blame, anger, negativity- emotions that will make the mind believe its own limited belief systems. Attitudes are also belief systems, eg arrogance, competitiveness, selfishness and narcissism create barriers towards other people because they create the illusion (within a person’s mind) of superiority.
The first step is in respecting yourself is respecting your physical body because the physical body houses the soul. Protection of our physical body occurs through establishing good habits: walking/exercise/movement, healthy eating, restful sleep, deep breathing exercises, connecting with nature. The physical body can also be respected through the emotional and mental bodies by establishing good social networks, becoming aware of, and managing limiting belief systems and making focused meditation a daily habit.
In these difficult times further protection to the wellbeing of the physical body can be offered by face coverings (as mandated by the Government). I fully support wearing face masks or face shields (or both). Go to www.faceshieldprotection.com.
