Your higher self is always in synchronicity with the consciousness of the entire universe. The higher self always guides you.
Look at the synchronicity between the left and right side of your brain. Are both brains synchronised? If they are, then the logic of your brain and the positive feelings of your heart will allow the synchronicity between the lower and higher selves to occur. But the slimy energy of the ego; fear, anger, jealousy, blame will show you what you are really thinking, so look deeply into your thoughts, and heart to see what part of yourself you don’t like. There must be a thought or action that goes against your true self because the higher self and lower self are not synchronised. The ego is like a virus, negativity will stifle growth, lead to illness and depression, and diminish the connection to your higher self.
The higher self is your spiritual eye which connects you to everything, to become one. The higher self is the seed inside the tree. To grow, the seed needs fertile soil, the sun (nurturing), water. The nutrition from those elements will activate the seed to develop. Your higher self is the seed within you. Give your higher self the right nutrition to thrive.
The ingredients to feed your higher self are right thinking, right action, and right feeling. Allow the power of your higher self to guide you to grow the seed inside of you into a flourishing plant.
January is a time of contemplation and setting new goals. Allow your true self through to shine by overcoming your negative mind-set and setting as meditation as your goal.
