Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on treatment modality that considers the state of the whole body, whilst managing areas of pain, discomfort, or dysfunction. Osteopaths focus on your neuromusculoskeletal system – bones, muscles, nerves, and other tissues that support your movement, and are allied health professionals who are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

With 10 years of experience, our fully qualified and accredited osteopath, Dr Jasdimple Gill BAppSc(CompMed), MOsteo, is trained in clinical Pilates and the application of myofascial cupping and dry needling. Additionally, furthering her special interest in women’s health, she is currently undertaking a Master of Women’s Health Medicine at UNSW.

Jasdimple is a Tibetan Healing practitioner and Reiki Master and has been a student and practitioner of meditation and metaphysical studies for over twenty years.

Treating people of all ages and stages in life, from newborn to the elderly, Jasdimple believes that there are many factors that contribute to health and wellbeing. Her approach to treatment looks at the overall picture of a person – what is known as the biopsychosocial perspective. Jasdimple works in partnership with you, to obtain the best possible outcomes for your health.
