Meditation calms the brain wave patterns in your mind to bring wellbeing and to find greater balance and true happiness. Meditation is like any exercise or activity you undertake. To get real results from meditation, you should practice daily. Yes it will take time and a little bit of dedication but ultimately the rewards will be there. Imagine if you meditated for 15 minutes per day for 90 days: your complete being will be changed. It will feel like you will be in heaven.
The stress will be released from your mind and body. Your emotional reactions will lessen, life will seem a lot easier, relationships and health will improve, your work will bring greater creativity and joy.
A time and place should be chosen every day where you can sit comfortably for 15 minutes to focus on deep breathing and meditation. It’s important you do not break the cycle. Normally from any activity you start, you will achieve excellent results (which are noticeable to you, friends and family) after 3 months. So set a commencement date and begin to change your life.
