1. Wash your hands- a lot and thoroughly.  Washing your hands means-having clean thoughts, having a clean body, taking clean action.  Clean action means don’t take sides, keep the yin and yan balanced. Don’t judge, don’t blame, don’t criticise, stop talking negatively.

2. Give careful thought to all human beings who need your help or who might be struggling. It’s a time for healing thoughts and positive community action.Understand it’s now we need each other. Look at who needs help and offer your time to do something for them.

3. Stay productive mentally, emotionally and physically.

4. Maintain positive communication and connection with others.

5. Understand it’s now we need each other. Look at who needs help and offer your time to do something for them.

6. Give positive advice that is helpful and caring.

7. Consciously take care of yourself including good thoughts, good hygiene, good nutrition (no fad diets), meditation and walking.

8. Being in the present moment and appreciating the power of being in the now: the point of creation.

With love, kindness and compassion,

The health and well-being of our participants is paramount to us.  After careful consideration of the circumstances, we have decided to postpone our courses.  While it is disappointing not to be able to share the wonderful knowledge and experience our courses provide, we know this time will pass and we will be able to hold our courses once again, very soon.

In the meantime, you can follow us on Facebook or Instagram or reply to this email with any further questions or enquiries. We will also continue to email our newsletter so that we can extend our love, positive thoughts and energetic connection.

Issam Kadamani is available for distance healing or counselling sessions (through teleconferencing via Zoom).  Please contact 0402 339 954 to make an appointment.
