A person locked up in prison will be a lot more freer in his/her mind than a professor.  Do you know why?  Because the prisoner has had time to sit down and dream of the outer world and how it feels. 

In other words you have to shift your focus to something else, other than your current circumstances. If you don’t change the illusion in your mind you will never experience freedom.  

The person in prison has the ability experience his/her kind of freedom and although confined in a difficult space he/she can learn to be happy living under difficult and limited circumstances. 

We build constraints in our life through knowledge and the illusion of the mind. 

There is no difference between the lack of freedom that knowledge and illusion has in limiting your mind set. 

The only time you are going to experience true freedom is when you experience the freedom of the mind.  When your mind is not controlled by all that is hidden inside. 

In 2019 my wish is that you meditate to free yourself from your stress and illusion: to achieve freedom from the constraints of your mind.  Create a starting point to challenge your mind set, achieve whatever goals you desire and act on those goals to find inner peace.
