The only way to be truthful to yourself is to accept reality, to accept and trust yourself and the situation you are in.
How do you do this?
Let go of what is holding you down: your misery, pain, guilt, anger, ego (false, habitual belief systems). In other words, let go of your negative emotions because negative emotions will never serve you. Negative emotions keep you down, keep your energy vibration low and allow you to stay stuck in the same negative cycle.
Negativity and the pain it causes does not come from outside of yourself – you are the one that can only allow pain in. When you resist something in your life whether it be a reaction mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially etc you are resisting something in your life.
What are you resisting? What do you believe is not working in your life, but are failing to take action on? The answer lies within you.
Running away from accepting change becomes a habit in your thoughts: a belief system which over time solidifies so it feels difficult to overcome. However it can be overcome with a decision!
Making a decision means letting go of your thoughts and emotions about the current situation and accept what you need to change by starting to do something about your life NOW. In other words, create action! Action is movement. Positive action is movement towards your goals.
To do this: understand where you are at. Ask- what do I want to change?
With any change and in taking the time to understand your inner world you need to be gentle with yourself: love is warmth, and gentleness. Love is a positive emotion and the basis of humanity and all functioning and genuine relationships within yourself and with others.
Help the process of change by meditating daily. Meditation will bring peace within: it will calm your mind and allow you to see where you need to take positive action in your life.
We are born through love and it is our birthright to feel love for ourselves. Love is a natural process that increases your energy vibration, and automatically flows to all people and events in your life.
Grow your love, thrive in love, show gratefulness with love. The change is there, waiting to happen.
