Stagnated energy means we are stuck in the same patterns: we keep thinking the same thoughts over and over again. Once the same thoughts continue to accumulate in your mind, they build a large reservoir. The reservoir of thoughts create a stagnated energy: thoughts that will eventually manifest in your physical body: for example thoughts such as emotional self pity, isolation, financial lack, anger, blame etc if they occur over time they can eventually manifest as illness.
When you are feeling down the problem in your mind is that you believe the illusion of your negative thoughts. Negative thoughts feel real because of the feeling of dis-connection with others- on a physical, mental or emotional level you disconnect from others in your life and even from yourself in feeling joy and happiness.
When you feel disconnected it means you feel alone, unimportant, not listened to, not good enough, unloved – and those feelings allow you to buy into old belief systems that no-one respects me, no one understands me, I’m not good enough, no one loves me etc.
When you become disconnected from yourself and the reason you are here, your relationships suffer, your physical body starts to shut down and this is the beginning of stagnated energy. It may take years to manifest but if you have the same repetitive thoughts over time, it can lead to physical illness.
The problem of stagnation originally stemmed from disconnecting yourself from yourself. The way to overcome this is to work out what your positive trigger is going to be – to bring yourself back to connect with others but firstly to reconnect with yourself.
Your strength lies in gaining what you think you don’t have. If you don’t feel powerful you have to work on getting your inner and outer power back.
Firstly rather than look at the actions of others, you have to take full responsibility for yourself and grow into your power and your achievements to gain self control.
For every problem there is a solution.
The solution lies in activating your positive trigger. How are you going to activate your positive trigger?
The way to do this is to change what you are not happy with in your life. The only time you are going to feel your individuality is when you are in control. That means:
- Feel the power within you
- Start controlling your thoughts
- Start controlling what you want in your life in a positive way (without controlling others or the outcome you want)
- Feel the inner power within yourself, feel the success and it will push you to do more
- Be your real self: there is no need to copy or compete with anyone
- Stop struggling by constantly doing – instead be. Be at peace within yourself and with others and accept what you currently have and what your circumstances are
- Enjoy being alive
- Look at yourself and be proud of the present moment
