Karma is the responsibility for whatever actions you have taken. Karma works on your actions and your decisions, but karma also responds to the emotional reactions you have towards others. In other words, karma responds to both your inner and outer world: anger brings forth anger, love brings forth love. Good karma means doing good deeds, (your outer world actions), thinking good thoughts (your inner world thoughts that determine your feelings). Your outer world is full of fear, anxiety and pain, however you can overcome these negative feelings by working on your third eye to program your thoughts and world through your imagination. Develop the type of person you want to be through your inner world. The more you cultivate your inner virtues, the more your inner and outer world will become one.
